I thought Buscemi would get a kick out of this... Look at the question in the middle of the page.

LOL @ that question...
JB midnight show did pretty well, about the same as Tyler Perry last week.

Re: Weekend Box Office (Sept 18-20)
I'll slightly change my prediction on Jennifer's Body: $8 million. No more than that. And expect half of that to come from the opening day total. It will drop once people realize that it is a comedy.
And one more thing:
And one more thing:
- Spoiler:
- Megan Fox is NOT nude in the film.

Re: Weekend Box Office (Sept 18-20)
I am very unsure about how this weekend will pan out. I think Jennifer's Body will do pretty well. The Informant! should perform decently. Cloudy will for sure do well. But as usual we will see what happens.

Umm...Meagan Fox won't ever need to do a nude scene. Her in clothes is enough. I mean, a nude scene would be nice...but Audrey Hepburn didn't need a nude scene.

She isn't in the same class as Audrey Hepburn. Audrey Hepburn had talent. Megan Fox only gets work because people want to see her nude.

Re: Weekend Box Office (Sept 18-20)
I was looking at some early reports and it looks like Jennifer's Body will bomb. Most of the crowd reports mentioned auditoriums being only half-filled at best (at night). Afternoon shows were only about 10-25% full. Meanwhile, Love Happens and The Informant were generally 35-50% in the afternoon and more than that at night.
Reports came from Box Office Mojo.

Looks like I was also close on Jennifer's Body's IMDb rating. I predicted 5.5 and it's a 5.8.

Wow, 1.9 seems low even for a TP movie.

Re: Weekend Box Office (Sept 18-20)
Yeah, that is low even for Tyler Perry. That's really bad. Good thing its raking in top 5 and pta points.
Re: Weekend Box Office (Sept 18-20)
Looks like Paris jumps into the #2 spot for PTA. Glad I picked it up instead of Youth in Revolt. Phew. Looks like The Burning Plain crashed and...umm...burned?
