Apparently this film now has a release date:

Hachiko: A Dog's Story: 12/18/2009 (this is a remake of a 1987 Japanese family film starring Richard Gere, Lasse Hallstrom directed the film)

Nine has been pushed back to open limited on December 11th, and going wide on Christmas Day.

Expected this to happen, seeing as how The Road is now coming out Thanksgiving.

Also, another Oscar contender A Single Man will open limited on Dec. 11th, with an expansion set for Christmas Day. It'll probably go wide in January, after the noms are announced.

Also, the remaining releases from the Yari Film Group (such as Assassination Of A High School President, The Maiden Heist and The Accidental Husband) will be distributed straight-to-video or have already been released straight-to-video.
