First of all, I live near Springfield but I put Springfield because I may move there once I graduate high school.
Second, The Simpsons Movie premiere was actually in Springfield, Vermont and no, I did not attend since Vermont is pretty far.

I remember when it came out that they were to hold premiere's in every Springfield in the US, did that not happen?

It didn't happen. Instead, they put all of the Springfields in a poll conducted by USA Today with representatives making a video for voters. Springfield, Vermont won. Meanwhile, some of the other Springfields did do press screenings before opening.

Man, you've got slim pickings from Jan-March 2005. I remember "Downfall" and "The Upside of Anger" had a lot of critical praise at the time, but that's about it.

Most Jan-March's are pretty poor. However, in addition to Downfall, there was Oldboy (one of my favourite films ever) and Melinda and Melinda.

Question: Why is Spider Man 2 listed as best of 2004 when there's a tie on the poll?

I think you have to be a mod to edit the polls.

Re: Best Films of The 2000's
You need to delete the poll completely tranny. Just like over on the other site. Edit your first post. There is a box that says "delete this poll". Check it, then submit. The poll will be gone. Then just edit your original post again, and put whatever you want in the poll box. Voila! New poll!
Re: Best Films of The 2000's
im gonna sound like a complete moron but where is the box that says delete poll?

Re: Best Films of The 2000's
Go back to your first post, click edit, then scroll down to where you placed the name of each movie in. There is a delete tab to the right of the movie. I haven't edited a poll before, but I guess that's how you do it.
