I actually don't use IMDb's rating system. In fact, the only rating system I probably use is Netflix.

Yeah i use my Netflix ratings seriously and anyone that has Netflix can compare ratings with me if they would like. I kind of dick around on my IMDB ones to try help out my slates here so i have a lot of films rated 10's and 1's that i have never even seen

Hmm... Great thread. We learned that no one rates films on IMDB except tranny, who is a cheat.

I use IMDB sometimes but my Netflix account has about 3000 ratings.

I don't really consistently use either, and haven't used imdb hardly at all, but I hate with netflix how you have to give whole stars. I wish I could have half stars or they change it to a 10 star system. I often find myself overrating films because I don't want to too far underrate them.

It's still the same thing with IMDB. Although with a 10-star system the difference is a lot less, i often find myself having to mull over whether to give a movie i gave a 7.5 to a 7 or an 8.

I'll post mine when i get back home. I think i've got 2500-ish on it.
