Updated. The Final Destination was a nice one week pick with 5 Top 5 and 3 PTA.

Re: June-August Draft League Slates/Standings
HOLY SHIT IT WAS DOWN TO THE WIRE BUT...
Very, very close ending there. Geezer takes the crown with 25.5 points, just barely eeking out in front of UDM, who finished with 24.5 points.
Geezer had probably the best slate of us all, everyone of his films performed either up to or above expectations. All of his PTA picks had at least 4 PTA points, and even his bomb, Land of The Lost, managed to grab Top 5 points and $40M. Congrats once again sir!
UDM spent most of the league in the back of the pack (right next to Tranny ) thanks to having most of his movies open in August. But when they did open, they propelled him to the (almost) top of the charts. While Post-Grad probably hurt him, the 1-2 combo of G.I. Joe and District 9 (not to mention the surprising PTA pick, My One And Only) helped UDM come VERYCLOSE to an upset. Second place will have to do for now though.
Our owner of the #1 draft pick and subsequent hit, Transformers: Revenge of The Fallen, leestu finishes 3rd. While Transformers was huge and put him on top for a good chunk of time, it looked like it wouldn't be enough to even have lee finish in the Top 5. But thanks to Mr. Tarantino and his Nazi-killing hit Inglourious Basterds, he gets a respectable Top 3 placing.
Dubya, mostly thanks to the little comedy that can, The Hangover, places right outside the Top 3 at number 4. He could've probably passed leestu, but Inglourious Basterds turned out to be a better late pick than The Time Traveler's Wife and H2 combined. Respectable, respectable.
Buscemi finishes 5th, mostly due to his picks all performing mildly. From Public Enemies to The Taking of Pelham 123, nothing really broke out or outright disappointed. Well, maybe G-Force did, but that didn't really seem to help. He's got A Christmas Carol in the next round though, so I don't expect him to be dwelling in the cellar in 3 months.
And somehow, someway, I ended up in a tie for last place with Tranny. Even though Ice Age 3 did extremely well, nothing else I owned did anything spectacular. I did think I'd at least end up ahead of Tranny, but his 5th place finish in the IMDb catergory (with 4 films over 7.0) helped lift him next to me. Bask in our failure with me...

Wow that came a lot closer than I thought! Nice charge UDM, and as always, its been a pleasure playing with you guys! Good luck next season! cool to see that UDM finished in second without Transformers, Harry Potter or Ice Age. Just shows that you need a complete slate to come close to the top in the Ultimate game.
