I'll take The Girlfriend Experience and Departures and hope that they become arthouse sensations, because at this point, fuck it.
Re: Full Year Draft League Draft Room
I'll take Creation and finish my drafting process. Good work guys!

I think you took it to spite me. You knew I was going to use my last pick on Jennifer Connelly's attempt at a second Oscar win.

After she failed to accomplish that in The Day the Earth Stood Still
Re: Full Year Draft League Draft Room
Yes... I knew of your Jennifer Connelly obsession and that's why I picked it.

Shut up, Geez. All Oscar winners do terrible movies once in a while. Just ask Jon Voight or Billy Bob Thornton.
Hopefully 9 and Creation make up for the awfulness of The Day The Earth Stood Still and He's Just Not That Into You.

Yeah, it got increasingly difficult, but ultimately more satisfying, to find some of these potential money earners. I think I've got a good 12th round pick, be interesting to see what some of you guys have found which have actually got realistic release dates.

Re: Full Year Draft League Draft Room
I have a movie I am eyeing that has a TBA. I think it has a decent chance for a good BO so I am risking it. And it it doesn't come out I can swap I suppose.

I'll go ahead and take the recently announced Valentine's Day.
Holy shitballs, I now have 3 movies potentially opening on the same weekend.

Re: Full Year Draft League Draft Room
I'll take Dread (Clive Barker's Dread).
I really didn't have a pick, and just went to /film and took one of them off the first page. No release date yet, but imdb lists 2009, so until I hear otherwise, it'll be my 12th and final pick. Or until something better pops in my head (hopefully there will be...). I was going to take Philip Morris, but then I checked and someone has already picked it.

Time for my snake in the mailbox.
I pick Untitled Hunter Scott Project aka The Good Sailor.
I hope J.J. Abrams can use his magic again.

Untitled Hunter Scott Project? Sounds like a code name for Star Trek II (despite the WWII plotline and Universal listed as distributor).

You can eat a dick ya basterd. That was my last pick. See if I get you anything for Kwanza...
Re: Full Year Draft League Draft Room
Interesting note on the above post. I thought xmas was too main stream and I didn't feel like trying to spell hanakuh without looking it up (see?) but I don't even know if they give gifts for kwanza. That joke may have been better in my head. Oh well. Say la V. LOL

Yeah, if it made a penny, you can't switch it. If it didn't, then go ahead.
