I don't know any horror fans that didn't like the Halloween remake, Banks. My brother is an avid horror watcher and he loved it, as did his horror watching friends. I think H2 will do well, at least 50 million.

Halloween is at 26% on RT and had dozens of threads on horror sites denouncing it. I remember the general consensus being that the origin Zombie gave him was retarded and made no sense and after that, it turned into basically a straight remake with nothing new.

But I'll guess we'll see in a couple of months, this bet should be in the betting league or something. Which horror movie will open bigger?

Its not available in the June leagues though. I always assumed we'd be only using those films, considering the PTA problems it may cause.

I imagine that it's being added in the July leagues. In the last league, Brothers At War was an eligible pick and it wasn't added until a few weeks before opening.
