Okay, here's my next group of "theme" films. And BTW, I cheated and IMDb'd #7, and it was "Duplex". No wonder no one go it.

That's what happens to me in every category. I reckon it's because of the timezone differences. Every one else has had a few hours to think about them before I ever get to see them. I'm not complaining, just explaining my seemingly lack of participation in this game. Although I liked the music category, but I think I only got some of those cause it was the last category on the old site and most of you had already moved over here.

Is number 3 Jerry Maguire? Just a guess so I can join in.

Funny, I was going for sports movies, with each film involving a different sport, but now that I think about it, I left off football (American, that is), and included one that calling a "sport" may be a stretch (and that's #3).

Want a hint for #3? It starred an Academy-award winning actor (recently deceased).

Only #8 remains... it's a movie that surrounds the sport of boxing, but boxing is not the ONLY theme of the movie, as there is something else (more nefarious) going on. It's one of my all-time favorite films.
