#3 is an action movie that stars a guy who was the second biller behind Arnold Schwarzenegger in one of Arnie's coolest films ever.

#5 was a relatively obscure action/adventure movie starring an actor who is very famous today, but not at the time... of all the people in movie history to utter the line "I don't care!", his is probably the most famous.

Damn it, I timed out while putting these up! Blarg! Second attempt. The theme will be obvious with the first correct answer but it will be even easier to get all of these solved when you find out what the people saying the lines have in common.
