ESPN Tournament Challenge "MARCH MADNESS"
I set up an ESPN Tournament Challenge for us. http://games.espn.go.com/tcmen/frontpage
Click the above link, name your team after something in a sports film and join me. Search for a group called "The Fantaverse" and the password is "wantafanta". I'm going to create a group for the Streak game on there as well if anyone wants to join that. It'll be the same name/password if its not taken.

I don't know if you'll get too much feedback but I entered anyway as The Triple Lindy.

So, will "The Triple Lindy" "Beat Shute"? Or will "Beat Shute" successfully land "The Triple Lindy"?

I'm in also.
I'll go as "Willie Beamen" since I know how much Buscemi loves Any Given Sunday

Re: ESPN Tournament Challenge "MARCH MADNESS"
I'm in for both. Pretty sure my entry will be TAGWAR if anyone here knows what sports movie that is a reference from. Either that or Shooter Flatch which I guess would be more appropriate for this contest.
Re: ESPN Tournament Challenge "MARCH MADNESS"
In for the Tourney. Can't get enough brackets, but don't think I got enough time for a streak.

Good guess, but it goes back a little farher than that.
Re: ESPN Tournament Challenge "MARCH MADNESS"
I was going to join but it says the game has ended. I was going to see how good I could do knowing absolutely nothing about college basketball. LOL
Re: ESPN Tournament Challenge "MARCH MADNESS"
I'm bummed I won't be getting a perfect sheet now. Stupid Butler!!!!
Re: ESPN Tournament Challenge "MARCH MADNESS"
Does anybody have a link or anything that I can fill out and email to Keyser, W and Geez so I can still have my picks in the mix?? All I have found is printable links and that would take forever to make into an emailable format.

Donte,

Donte,
You hit 13 out of 16 yesterday. That puts you in a tie for 2nd currently.

Re: ESPN Tournament Challenge "MARCH MADNESS"
My Yahoo! bracket is so much better then this one. I've got the same Sweet 16 and all but my opening winners are different.

Re: ESPN Tournament Challenge "MARCH MADNESS"
So how am I doing now guys? I checked the brackets and if I am correct I have 35 correct guesses...
Re: ESPN Tournament Challenge "MARCH MADNESS"
Based on teh scoring system that ESPN is using, you have 470 points.
Re: ESPN Tournament Challenge "MARCH MADNESS"
Me and someone else are tied for first. I got my computer back, but had to take it back in because the dial up modem won't work (I live in the middle of nowhere, almost). Hopefully its fixable and I'll have it in the next couple of days.

I have no teams left in the final 4 and so my final score (hey that rhymes) is 34 correct picks.

Re: ESPN Tournament Challenge "MARCH MADNESS"
ESPN has started The Streak game again as of today. Do we still want to try and get a group going? You may want to hurry and get set up so you can get your pick in for the Siberian Premiere League Soccer game that starts at 11:59 AM EDT
Re: ESPN Tournament Challenge "MARCH MADNESS"
We do have a league going... I think me and geez are the only two in it. Here's another sport/game. You get ten cents and bet with it on sports games. Here's the link to become my crony if anyone's interested: http://www.centsports.com/?opcode=461030

W,
I think I was in too, but everything ended as of yesterday. All streaks have been wiped out and the new version starts today.

Re: ESPN Tournament Challenge "MARCH MADNESS"
its a shame i didnt join the league because i proably would have done well my bracket is holding pretty well[knock on wood] so far. Got 3 of the final 4 7 out of the elite 8 and 13 out of the sweet 16 best bracket ive had in years.
