Things I love about this site already!

Barca, where can I even start?

The calendar is TERRIFIC, mate, and I love that a relative html cripple like myself could very easily select an avatar for himself. This is soooo cool man, and as sad as I am to see Moguls go by the wayside, I think we've got to be really excited about what the future holds!

What does everyone else like so far?

Avatars, avatars, avatars.

It is very user friendly with lots of goodies that our previous home lacked!

I agree. I usually only get to show them off in livejournal communities, now I can show 'em off here too.

So many things! As everyone mentioned Avatars and Signatures are lovely. The fact that we can send PMs is excellent, that has always been a completely basic forum functionality that we were never given with FM.
The fact that we are in control of our destiny basically is the biggest plus for this forum despite all the new functionality, back at FM we used one forum to overflowing and the other forums didn't really suit our needs, now we will have active participants in our fun controlling the content so we can be organic to the needs of the community!

The only thing I didn't like is that I couldn't get the confirmation e-mail to my main e-mail address so I had to re-register with hotmail, so "becs" is lost >.<

I like that you can see who's on and if you want to start a conversation with that person, you can, though I haven't taken advantage of that yet.

Now that's just plain wrong. I can't look at your username and see becr. It can only be becs. There must be a way of changing that....
