Re: September - November Draft League Slate/Standings
I'm happy to get 4 PTA points (I think) with my 7th round pick.

Re: September - November Draft League Slate/Standings
Three weeks in...
And Geezer is still continuing his winning streak, obviously not satisfied with winning the last Draft League, he is still in the lead. Mostly thanks to Tyler Perry, but it looks like after the first couple of weekends in October, he might be dead in the water. This of course depends on how well Nine might do
SilverSurfer has flying meatballs in 3D to thank for jumping into second place this week. Luckily for the rest of us, Cloudy With A Chance seems to be his big hitter for the season.
Somehow, leestu has snuck into third place. With the relative flops Extract and Love Happens, it looks like Paris' 4 PTA points is the big reason here. Also, it's early in the season and he's going to have to bring some heavier hitters if he wants to hold onto to the Top 3 much longer.
And coming in at fourth place. is Mr. UDM whose entire slate is afloat exclusively because of 9. And it looks like he won't be flying higher than 4 for awhile, with how Pandorum is doing. Lucky for him, he's once again backloaded with Old Dogs and Ninja Assassin.
And I am tied for fourth place with UDM - I do thank you Mr. Damon. Although he's got me beat pretty handily in BO, I've got Amreeka's 9 (heh) PTA points to balance me out. More than likely, Fame and Whip It! will help me only moderately.
Lower than usual, W. is looking to move upward from his current position of 6th place. All About Steve definitely underperformed, but he's got a nice PTA pick and two comedies in Zombieland and Couples Retreat sure to bring the moolah in.
Unlike last season, Tranny is NOT sitting in the basement (:p), but he's not far off so far. He can't be happy with having lead weights Gamer and Whiteout on his slate, but we all know how well he's backloaded with maybe the biggest movie of the season, New Moon. But who knows if it'll be enough in 2 weeks to help him leapfrog over everyone...
I'm sure if Buscemi knew where they were located, he'd be tempted to burn down the office of Summit Ent. No points whatsoever and only $8M in two weeks does not make Sorority Row a great pick. He'll be bringing up the rear for awhile since his next movie, Astro Boy (also from Summit ), does not open for a month.
Barca still hasn't opened a film yet, but he's got some choice PTA picks until his big boys come storming in throughout November.

Re: September - November Draft League Slate/Standings
My slate is updated. Good week for me with Cloudy, A Serious Man and More Than A Game all performing well. Even The Invention Of Lying has a decent IMDB and grabbed a couple of top 5s.

Re: September - November Draft League Slate/Standings
God Damn it. Nine moves and I'm stuck replacing it with the only available film, Endgame. Wonderful. Oh well, I wasn't going to do well in this league anyway.
