Trivia Questions - Honor System
Sure anyone can google these questions but they only really be fun if you go off your pure knowledge, no matter how hard that is.
Update: Until Poll is able to be fixed I'll post a new question inside the Forum and you can just reply to the post your response. We'll call it old school trivia 101.

Re: Trivia Questions - Honor System
I honestly don't know when, I've never seen the movie. I had to guess, I happened to guess correctly.

Re: Trivia Questions - Honor System
due to the way forumotion works, you can't.. after the first vote is tallied, only mods can edit polls

Re: Trivia Questions - Honor System
Well I sent Bus a PM to where maybe he can change it to run the poll for 24 hrs. and then I'll just post 1 question a day, something like that. I wasn't trying to ruin it for anyone, I wanted to keep it moving, you know, ask a new question every 5 or 6 votes.

Re: Trivia Questions - Honor System
I clicked on the delete option on the poll but it only closed it. Maybe Barca can fix that.

What song plays on the soundtrack when Laney steps down the stairs and unveils her transformation in the romantic comedy She's All That?
A. Sugar by Stretch Princess
B. Kiss Me by Sixpence None the Richer
C. Prophecy by Remy Zero
D. Baby Got Going by Liz Phair
Thanks Bus, I'll ask Barca and just do it this way until.

Re: Trivia Questions - Honor System
it's a good idea.. if it comes down to it, you could just start a new thread for each question in the "Polls" section of the forum.. most of the more lasting stuff gets stickied anyway..
heck, Barca is trigger-happy for setting up new subforums--maybe he'll make a trivia section

Re: Trivia Questions - Honor System
NSpan, I had the exact same reaction when I read that question. Haven't seen She's All That, but knew it from Not Another Teen Movie, one of the few good spoofs. I don't know this one.
Re: Trivia Questions - Honor System
I think the answer is C. The Home Shopping Network.

Re: Trivia Questions - Honor System
Fixed buddy! I'm not sure, but I think you can do it yourself. The polls are not built to have multiple polls during the life of a thread, but I figured out a way around it. You have to delete the poll and then make an entirely different poll in this way. It's EXTREMELY PICKY, so don't cut corners:
1. Go into "edit" on the first post of the thread. If you click "delete poll" instead of edit, it won't delete the poll for some reason.
2. Make sure your "Run poll for" is set at zero days. It may not have to be zero, but just in case.
3. Click the DELETE POLL box.
4. Hit SEND.
5. Click EDIT.
6. Make a new poll.
7. Hit SEND.
A Couple of Pointers
-If you try to edit the poll without deleting it, it won't work. It'll just change the answers and keep the vote tallys.
-Don't mess with/add/delete the poll and edit the words inside the post or you'll lose whatever you edited.
I got this friggin thing down to a science. I'm a pollfressional!

Re: Trivia Questions - Honor System
Only mods can do that though W. Its why mods had to update the best of the 2000's thread all the time and tranny couldn't.
Re: Trivia Questions - Honor System
I think I'll create a new post, honor system Trivia and I'll post 1 question a day and you have to reply the answer back, that way I could keep track of who gets it right and who doesn't. Then I'll do a tally every week or so and the leader gets to pick a movie that the rest of us have to watch or try to watch, no matter how hard it may be. Anyone else think this could be fun? Of course it has to be an honor system, no way to oversee it, just has to be something people want to do.

Re: Trivia Questions - Honor System
Your answer is correct Funk Master. I was hoping to get more responses, but that's cool. When I get off work tonight, I'll creat the official trivia forum I mentioned above. So no points on this but check back later.
