I really wanted Lymelife next. Oh well, I will have to settle for my next pick. Tyson.
Re: The Draft League March- May League A Draft Room
Lymelife was a good pick. I think it's a real sleeper and I would have nabbed it next round if it had still been available. Great choice leestu!

We benefitted from the Fanties webcast and all being online. What will interest me is what kind of influence our league and pick order will have on your league!

It does give us an imput into what films are most desired though, which may or may not help when deciding on which films to put on our drafts.

I think it'll raise red flags if a film gets drafted highly and it wasn't one that you'd been considering. What does the drafting player know (or think they know!) that pushed that decision.

Re: The Draft League March- May League A Draft Room
Thanks for your comments re: Lymelife Roodey. It looks like a good film so I am hoping for PTA and a good IMDB score anything else will be an unexpected bonus.
For my next pick I am choosing a film by one of your fellow countrymen - ADORATION. I was tossing up between that and The Escapist so you (sort of) made my decision for me.
Now my risky pick (I haven't forgotten Delgo) - BATTLE FOR TERRA.
I am really enjoying these draft formats. It's a shame that they are only happening every 3 months and only in ultimate, but I get why. They take a bit of organisation and commitment and research. I think I am starting to like them just as much as the normal format.

AHH! You did it to me again, *lol* 'Adoration' was going to be my sleeper, ha! Your iMDb won't go wrong with Egoyan and it could be a real PTA gem if the arthouse crowd gets behind him again.
I was getting paranoid about someone grabbing 'The Escapist' (which looks GREAT, by the way!) so I nabbed it first. My next pick was going to be 'Adoration.' Great minds think alike, eh?
Speaking of picks, I'll make another one in a bit.

I don't think that Battle For Terra will be another Delgo. The early word for it has been very positive and it will be presented in REAL-D. Plus, Lionsgate is a more reliable distributor than Freestyle (who believe it or not is still around as they've scheduled for Summer and Fall 2009).

Re: The Draft League March- May League A Draft Room
Adoration has just been released over here and looks quite interesting. Will have to see if my budget can afford a visit to see it. It's getting quite a few screenings in my local art house cinema too, so it should do well. I expect decent PTA for this one.
