Having a good run this morning on CD. Won 2 sit-n-gos and placed second in another. Up $35 in profit.

We need to play against each other guys.

And 5 hands later, I hit the same straight flush AGAIN! Had the A2 of spades, got the A through 5 Straight flush. The odds of that are astronomical.

That tournament just ended for me, with me in 7th place.

Some statistics:

Started at Midnight. I played for 6 hours and 40 minutes.

$2.20 entry fee, 2174 entrees, as I said, finished 7th.

Prize of $121.75

I'll take it!

Well done Geez. 7th from 2174 people is great.

I've been having some very bad luck recently. It can actually be compounded on a single hand that happened like a week back.

Sit-N-Go tournament top 2 get paid. 3 players left. One person out in the clear lead with double my stack and the 3rd players stack (we had pretty equal stacks, he was a little more than me).

I get AA. Raise 4xbigblind pre flop. Big stack folds, other guy goes all in. I obviously call. He has A8. Basically, my thought process was YAY me. Then the flop comes:

4, Q, 5

Turn = 7
River = 6

That is fucking ridiculous. Who goes all in pre-flop with A8 off suit? Actually, i'm more pissed about him gloating afterwords, fucking wanker.

Yeah, that's not a terrible shorthanded play, but its such bullshit luck. And he should know it and not gloat, but the Donkeys never do.

Just got some VERY good luck to go my way:

I had AQ pre-flop suited. Last to act.

All fold except one who raised to around 8 times bb. I figure he has med-pockets, basically a coin toss. I call. Sure enough he has 88.

Flop = Q, 10, 8

I figure i'm screwed.

Turn = Q
River = Q

Thankyou very much!

So I try not to get too worked up over beats. I've seen every possible one. But I just lost over 20 dollars in a hand with Aces to Kinds because the bastard 2 outed me on the river. 20 to 1 favorite to win that hand and be up over 30 bucks for the session playing .10/.25 cent hands. That is a dream situation to have someone have kings when you have aces. And I get fucking raped. I could not be more furious right now.

Just finished 3rd out of 3402 on pokerstars in a $1.10 tournament. Made $238.15. The only hand I showed down and lost was the last one, was 16 for 16 to that point. Not a bad return on my dollar.

Oh yeah and Holy Shit that was INTENSE!!!!!!!

I took 55th place... Lost on a coinflip (slightly my advantage, I think).

I had 88
Guy had K9 hearts

flop was 346 with two hearts when the money went in the pot. Next card: King, I lose...

http://www.triplejack.com

let's get a weekly game going at this site.. it's completely free, legit, and just-for-fun... on top of that, it looks nice and it has a good chat feature..

i can create the single-table tournament, we just need to set a time to meet..

I'd play as well. I'm on Pokerstars as Bill_Ross2 and Full Tilt as Bill_Ross

I could download this triplejack.com deal if everyone agrees. The only time I can ever play is late, though.

I'm definitely up for it. Been grinding out at the Casino (5 days in a row now) so would like to come up some non-drunk people with a stress-free game.

I am SO FUCKING sick of Full Tilt. The thing is absolutely, positively, INCAPABLE of letting me win.

This is what happens on 99.9% of the hands:

1. I get crap and fold
2. I got a good hand and bet, and don't hit.
3. I get a good hand, hit top pair, and lose to a higher pocket pair.
4. I get a great hand and win, but everyone else folds pre-flop.

I've been in over 100 tournaments, and the most I ever won was $20. While donkeys play shit cards and get rewarded for it - flop straights, flushes, two pairs, trips, boats.

Every time I get pocket kings or queens, and ace comes on the flop, and someone ALWAYS hits. In fact, every time I get a pocket pair, raise and get one caller, one over always comes up, and the other player always has it.

Yeah, I'm whining, I know, but sometimes it seems that Full Tilt has put a curse on me, and I'm fucking tired of it. I'm tired of flopping a straight only to lose to a runner-runner full house to some yahoo who lucked into a chip stack that's double mine.

Where can I go where I can actually get a fair shake? Or are they all like this?

Just be glad you don't have my friends luck. In the past three days he has:

1. Seen his nut flush lose to runner runner straight flush.
2. Seen his nut flush lose to a full house on the river (after he went all in on the turn).
3. Had pocket AA, raised it to $50 pre-flop, 7 callers. Flop 7,9,2. He shoves all in, everyone folds except one cunt who has 6-10 off suit and he hits his straight on the river.
4. Seen his trips lose to higher trips on the river.
5. Seen his flopped straight lose to a runner runner flush.

Beyond ridiculous.
