I was waiting for someone to bring this back... Basically they have a list of things and you have to name what's on the list after bidding against another team on how many you can answer correctly. Also, they get some of the--seemingly--most ignorant people which don't know each other to team up.
So the catagory is like "Countries of Asia" and these people say they can name fifteen. After not being sure if the Middle East is in Africa or Europe or not they name Iraq and Iran as the last two. They try to build tension--you know, if its right you're still in the game type crap--, but anyone with an IQ over 12 knows that Iraq is in Asia--I would hope.
Another list was "Julia Roberts Films" they said they could name 9 and got only 3. I mean, come on.
Another (when it was on ABC or whatever) was Steven King books. It included short stories, full books, pretty much anything. There are literally thousands of things you could say and they get like 2.
Anyways, this show is stupid as crap, but I'm watching it because it makes me feel smart. :)

Well, those sound like niche catergories. Half of that stuff seems like the average person might have trouble with, shit I know people who can't even name the capital of the state they live in. Hell, I doubt I could name 15 Asian countries and I got an A in Geo freshmen year (
