Happy Birthday, Spectre and donnie!

Post by Shrykespeare on Thu Sep 03, 2009 10:20 am

I just wanted to acknowledge the birthday of two of our members: Spectre and donnie.

To Spectre (formely tdslugger, real name Tony), who has proven to be a cool guy and a REALLY great player, hope your 26th birthday is truly awesome.

And to donnie (real name Manuela), one of the technical geniuses who is responsible for the flashy new Italian MMG Moguls site, we across the pond (and those of us on the same side of it as you) hope your 33rd is a happy one. Look how far the Fantaverse, who has been on our own for ten months now, has come in such a short time. With your (and many others') efforts, there's no telling how far we'll go.

Happy birthday, both of you!

(Note to all: there are only seven entrants so far in the new MMG league. EVERYONE is invited! Sign up now!!)

Hi guys,
thank you very much, your wishes make me very happy.

How far we'll go with our site? I hope very far and I hope that you'll find plenty of new features, as soon as possible.
We continue to work, also thanks to your suggestions.

In a few weeks we'll try to implement a game of the type "Over / Under": I hope you'll help us to test it and to collect many experimental data, which will be used for some scientific papers.

(Oh, congratulations to Shaanworks, who won the first Fantaverse and to Geezer9687, who has broken the Boxoffice! A billion, wow!)

Kisses,
Ciao!

Honestly, I would've done it again except that I missed the first two weeks of action because I didn't even realize it was going on and didn't want to play that much catch up. When it reboots, give me word and I'll sign my slacker self up. Very Happy

EDIT: What the heck, I'll give it a go anyway.

That's the spirit. Get back in the game. It'll keep you primed for when it next re-boots. Very Happy

Welcome back by the way.

I will be aiming to reboot the over/under game every six months or so. It was a little late rebooting this time because of my holiday, but I plan to reboot again come the new year. And given your ability, I fully expect you to start catching Keyser and I, and at least top the averages chart. There now I've set you up for a fall!!!

Oh and happy birthday to the two of you. I'll be trying to sign up for the new season of MMG, but do I have to re-register again or can I just login in and start the new season?

And, on another note, I just found out that our buddy brockster just got married over the weekend! Happy news all around for the Fantaverse!

(And you're next, geez...)

I think Shryke was saying it in a more threatening way.

Haha, just so no one is confused, Shryke was not referring to me getting married. That's not happening yet.

I'm not planning on it. Well at least until my next honeymoon. Which means I'll have to get married again.... I don't think she'll let me get a divorce quite so soon.

Yeah. Great. Then he'd have two more honeymoons than I got....

BTW, donnie sent me an e-mail regarding the MMG site:

- For those who have already a new account for Fantaverse 2: we are creating your league and you'll be moved there automatically. Then, you can just login with the first account that you created for Fantaverse 1 (on past May, the first account without the "2"). All your studios will be accessible with this single account.
- For those who want to register now at the game: We're working on our pages in these hours and we closed temporarily the website. As soon as possible, you can directly register in your private league "Fantaverse 2", protected with a password.
