Top 5 Movie Theater Candies Empty Top 5 Movie Theater Candies

Post by W Tue Aug 11, 2009 12:50 am

I thought we'd do this one next and a little more serious one after that. I'm thinking possibly of doing a 512 tournament of the Fantaverse's favorite Rock songs ever. To run concurrent with these film ones. I was also thinking of a "most influential movies" poll next. Any other ideas are appreciated.

But you have, I assume? I'm fairly positive that you have bought/snuck in at least five different things of candy considering how many times you have been to a theater...

3. Sno-Caps
2. Reese's Pieces

Hint: Dr. Pepper + Red Vines = Mondo Delicious...

I don't eat candy at theaters either (or outside of the theater) and haven't since i was about 12. I don't even know what half of the candy listed above actually is... If I was going to eat anything during a movie I would sneak in beef jerky.

So I will list candy I remember liking. LOL

Well the only candy I still eat is Reese Peanut butter cups but I don't think they have those at theaters but they make #1 on my list.

Raisenettes are Chocolate covered raisins and Goobers are chocolate covered Peanuts Donte.

I don't get candy at the movies either, only popcorn, but I know what I like. Its just ridiculous to pay 4.50 for candy.

Then adjust my answers to give an extra vote to these two candies. Thanks, Geez.

I would too, actually. And I'm quite sure that 64 slots wouldn't cut it. I think since there are so many people like Tim Burton's Willy Wonka (wasn't allowed to eat candy) we should abandon this one and go for it. Do you think that 128 will be enough slots? AFI actually has a list of the top 100.

I seriously can't believe that practically no one buys candy for a movie... I take a video rental home and eat candy while watching it sometimes... Best is Phish Food ice cream though...

I would gladly pay $5 for a candy named Chocolate Rain. Chocolate raindrop-shaped shells with more chocolate inside.

I love my chocolate.

Also, this thread reminds me...the other day at best buy, for whatever reason, I was looking for Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and I didn't immediately think to look in the family section. I looked in all of them and couldn't find it, so thought i'd try drama, knowing it wouldn't be there. When i came to where it should've been, the movies Charlie's Angels and Chocolat were right next to each other. Now that I've written that whole thing out, it really is a much more boring story than I had originally thought.

Fair enough. What category does Lolly Gobble Bliss Bombs fall into then? If they are ok they can have my 5th spot, otherwise I'll go for Starburst Juice Bursts.

I don't what the fuck these are, but with a name like that, they're already the most amazing thing to ever exist on the planet Earth.
