About two or three is acceptable. You can also second nominations and the ones seconded go to the finals in that category.
Here is a guide:

I nominate Cinema Paradiso and The Witches. I denominate Pretty Woman, one of the most nausia inducing films ever created.
On a sidenote, I've been scanning through and there are a lot of good movies which were released in 1990, especially the second half of the year.

I also use this site:

Seems to have a couple of films BOM has missed.

I also copied listings from Variety from that time up until April 1997. If anyone wants a full listing, PM me.

So this is from the entire year of 1990, not just quarterly, correct?
Re: Best Films Of The 1990s [Apr-Jun 1992 poll open NOW! / Noms for July - Sept Open]
Thanks for the clarification.
Then I have no further nominations but will second Cinema Paradiso, Nightbreed, and Henry; Portrait of a Serial Killer.

I'm sadden to say I haven't. You know the Everclear song where he says
"I was a poor white boy growing up in a black neighborhood."
That was me, fantasy wasn't something talked about in that neck of the woods.

God I love Everclear. They don't get the respect they deserve.

I imagine movies like House Party was really big in Pack's neighborhood. Interesting piece of trivia: the director of House Party is from Alton.

I did not know that, I live in Alton now, but as a child I grew up in North City and South City Stl. Pretty rough areas, I wonder where Becs is from in the STL area.

The film began its run on the festival circuit in 1986. It wouldn't get distribution until 1990 due to its subject matter.
