So I promised you guys a new short film...
And I have finally completed it and got in on youtube. The first attempt I made (the one I said needed finishing touches) was never to the point that I wanted it to be. I tried to use minimal narrative elements and portray the theme through symbolism, and most people didn't make the connection until after it was explained, so I was never happy with it.
The new version, is something I am much more satisfied with and proud of. It is not perfect, and if I had the opportunity to change some of it I probably would, but there's not enough hours in the day or time in a semester.
So here, for you now I present my short film (its only about 3 and a half minutes) Resurrected Minds (no it has nothing to do with our site haha). Here is the link because I want to get the view count up. And if anyone hasn't seen my other project check it out on my youtube page as well. Without further adieu:
Resurrected Minds

I've also just finished up my second South Park script, a parody of the Fast and Furious movies and just bad over the top action movies like that in general, if anyone wants to read it. Let me know, I'll send you an e-mail.

I don't know if I'll ever get to watch it. I have an extremely slow connection. If you send it where I can download it, I'll be able to though...

Can you open up quick time movies on your computer W? If you can then I can just attach the file and email it to you. Leave me your email and I will if you can.

I guess I'm just too loveable to be classed as a mortal enemy....
And I think you spat in my limited edition Marvel endorsed cereal bowl.

I was far more offended that it landed in the cereal bowl, though.

Unfortunately hitting the e-mail button won't work for this W. I need to attach the file and this doesn't have the capability to do it.

I clicked on it and it's working fine, just stops in parts. I'll just let it sit until its done and hope it'll play back fluidly. if not, I'll let you know.

Interesting Geez. I like the arthouse vibe to it. I wasn't expecting that. There is defintely some promise there. I am interested in reading your script, though. Shoot it over to me at

Yeah I know JackO. Not exactly the film style I tend to watch, but when I am making a film, definitely the style I would lean to. We had a good idea and wanted to just execute it well, and I'm satisfied with the results.
Plus, you can't make the next Transformers with no budget.
I have the script but the narration is not worked into it. We filmed everything and cut it all together leaving it very much up in the air whether we would include a voice over or not. We decided that it would hold it together better than just leaving it out, so I wrote the narrative poem at 1:30 am the night before it was due (when I do my best work!), had him record it and dropped it in the next morning, and was very pleased with how it came out. I'll send you a script copy and a copy of the poem.

Very good. Obviously a little rough around the edges, but i really did like it.
Maybe i'll use my creative genius and work on a new script for you
